Francis Drake Historical Narrative

The last expedition of sir Francis Drake was with his cousin that had taken him to sea for the first time, John Hawkins. They were on their way to the West Indies. However, this time, the Spanish were ready and prepared to encounter Francis Drake and John Hawkins. The journey was a complete disaster. Francis and his cousin, John Hawkins both died on the 28th of January 1596. Francis Drake died of dysentery which is a intestinal inflammation that results to diarrhea with blood.
